The Franklin Township Regular Monthly Meeting was held on April 2, 2019 in the township building.  Present at the meeting were Supervisors Phil Depue, Jeanne Sullivan and the people on the attached sign-in list.  The meeting was called to order at 7:07 PM.  The pledge to the flag was recited.  Jeanne read the minutes to the previous meeting.  Phil made a motion to accept the minutes as read.  Jeanne seconded the motion.  The motion was passed.  Jeanne read the treasurer’s report.  Phil made a motion to accept the report as read.  Jeanne seconded the motion.  The motion was passed.

Correspondence:

Phil made a motion to pass Resolution 2019-5 for FEMA.  Jeanne seconded the motion.  The resolution was passed.

Tract Engineering sent notification required by the Clean Air Act that Insinger Excavating applied for a Dept. of Environmental Protection Air Quality General Plan Approval and/or General Operating Permit to relocate and operate a portable aggregate crushing facility at the Eddleston Quarry.

The Susquehanna County Dept. of Planning and Development sent notification of a Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance at the Olszewski Estate.

Cabot sent notification of a proposed Permit to Drill and Operate an Unconventional Well on the Warriner property in Bridgewater Township.

SWN sent notification of a permits to drill on Zeffer North and South and Scarlet Oaks South in New Milford Township.

New Business:

The Audit is complete and has been published in the newspaper.

Roadmaster Report:

The Township has an agreement with SWN to top Hawk, Pratt and School Roads.

Phil made a motion to adjourn the meeting.  Jeanne seconded the motion.  The meeting was adjourned at 7:40 PM.
