INTERSTATE 80
*As a reminder, the I-80 westbound Mifflinville on-ramp remains closed. This is due to merging-traffic safety concerns in the narrowed two-lane area. The signed ramp detour remains in effect.
INTERSTATE 81
M-Th: I-81 North between Exit 178 (Avoca) and Exit 180 (Moosic) will have alternating lane closures for patching from Monday (7/15) to Thursday (7/18), 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
M-W: I-81 North between Exit 178A (Wilkes-Barre Scranton Airport) and Exit 194 (Clarks Summit) will have a herbicide spraying operation from Monday (7/15) to Wednesday (7/17), 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
*Interstate 81 North between Exit 186 (Dunmore-Drinker St) and Exit 190 (Dickson City/ Main Ave) will be single lane for grinding from June 17 to September 1, 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
M-W: I-81 South between Exit 194 (Clarks Summit) and Exit 178A (Wilkes-Barre Scranton Airport) will have a herbicide spraying operation from Monday (7/15) to Wednesday (7/17), 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
INTERSTATE 84
*Interstate 84 East Exit 17(Newfoundland/Hamlin) will be single lane for bridge deck replacement project from April to November.
*Interstate 84 West Exit 20 (Greentown/Lake Wallenpaupack) will be single lane for milling, paving and bridge deck replacement from April to November
Lackawanna County:
Note: The SWB Rail Riders will have home games on the following dates and times. There may be traffic delays at the beginning and end of each game near I-81 Exit 182(Davis Street/Montage Mountain Road):
Friday July 12 at 7:05 p.m.
Thursday July 18 at 7:05 p.m.
Friday July 19 at 7:05 p.m.
Saturday July 20 at 7:05 p.m.
Note: The Toyota Pavilion will be hosting a concert on Saturday July 13th at 1 p.m and on Tuesday July 16th at 11 a.m.. There may be traffic delays at the beginning and end of the concert near I-81 Exit 182 (Davis Street/Montage Mountain Road).
Note: The Lackawanna County law enforcers will have a new DUI initiative this summer. There will be DUI checkpoints through the county at any given time day or night.
*State Route 307 (Spruce/Moosic Street Bridge) Cedar Avenue ramp from Orchard street to the Central Scranton Expressway will be closed from April 29 to July for bridge replacement. Posted detour will be Cedar Ave to Lackawanna to Spruce.
*State Route 407 (Abington Road) near Lackawanna Lake will be closed for bridge repairs starting July 9th.
*State Route 407 (Abington Road) between SR 6 in Chinchilla and Craig Road in North Abington Township will have temporary lane closures, at various areas for pipe crossings, base repair, milling, and paving from June 24 for the next several months 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
*State Route 3011 (Keyser Ave) between Union Street in Taylor and SR 307(Morgan Highway) will have lane closures at various times and locations throughout the day for Utility work. Delays are expected.
*State Route 3020 (Linden Street) between St. Fran Cabrini Avenue and Eight Street Scranton continues emergency bridge repairs. Estimated data of completion in late August.
Luzerne County
M-W: State Route 11 (Wyoming Avenue) Plymouth Township to Avoca will have various lane closures for inlet repair from Monday (7/15) to Thursday (7/19), 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
*State Route 924 (Washington Avenue/15th Street) Hazleton between SR 93 (Broad Street) and Putnam Street will be closed for reconstruction of the Washington Avenue and Broad Street intersection from Saturday July 13th to Saturday July 27th. A detour is in place from Washington Avenue to SR 309 (Church Street) and back to Broad Street.
*State Route 1011 Pierce Street/Veteran’s Memorial Bridge over the Susquehanna River will be single lane in both directions for deck replacement
F: State Route 1045 (Main Street and Church Street) Dallas will have alternating lane closures for pothole patching on Friday (7/19), 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
M-Tues: State Route 2017 (Pittston Avenue) Yatesville will have slow moving traffic for inlet repair Monday (7/15) to Tuesday (7/16) 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
W-F: State Route 2033 (Coxton Road) Duryea will have slow moving traffic for subsidence repair Wednesday (7/17) to Friday (7/19) 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
*State Route 4006 (Waterton Road/Huntington Road) between SR 4010 (Sunshine Road) to SR 239 will be closed daily for pipe replacement from July 8, 2013 to July 19, 2013, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. There is a detour in place.
Pike County
M-F: State Route 507 Tafton may have delays for Sign replacements from Monday (7/15) to Friday (7/19), 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
*State Route 739 between Hemlock Farms Road and Forest Drive in blooming Grove Township will have lane restrictions controlled by temporary signal for bridge work. Estimated completion June 2014.
M-F: State Route 1002 (Greeley Lake Road) Lackawaxen Township may have delays for drainage work from Monday (7/15) to Friday (7/19), 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
F: State Route 1010 (Bee Hollow Road) Shohola township may have delays for drainage work on Friday (7/19), 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
F: state Route 4004 (Blooming grove Road) Blooming grove township may have delays for pothole patching on Friday (7/19), 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Susquehanna County
Th-F: State Route 92 Gibson and Jackson Townships will have lane restrictions for chipping Thursday (7/18) to Friday (7/19) 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
*State Route 106 in Clifford will be single lane controlled by a temporary traffic signal for bridge replacement until November of 2013.
*State Route 106 the intersection of Mud Road and SR 106 will be closed from June, 11 to November. In order to reach Mud Road from SR 106 motorists will have to follow the posted detour.
M-F: State Route 167 Brooklyn and Bridgewater townships will be single lane for shoulder cutting Monday (7/15) to Friday (7/19) 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
M-W: State Route 167 (Owego Street) Silver Lake Township will have lane restrictions for chipping Monday (7/15) to Wednesday (7/17) 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
*State Route 171 (East Main Street) Drinkers Creek, Susquehanna Boro. Will be single lane for bridge Replacement until mid-November Expect Delays!!!
M-F: State Route 171 Thompson Township will have lane restrictions for pothole patching Monday (7/15) to Friday (7/19) 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
*State Route 547 Gibson Twp. will be single lane controlled by stop signs for bridge repair over butler creek. Width restriction of 10′ until further notice
*State Route 706 (Wyalusing Street) beginning at the intersection of SR 29 and SR 706 and continuing east for Montrose betterment project
*State Route 858 (Pennsylvania Avenue) Apolacon Twp. Will be single lane controlled by temporary traffic signals over Apolacon Creek. until further notice
M-F: State Route 2001 Springville Township will have lane restrictions for patching Monday (7/15) to Friday (7/19) 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
M-F: State Route 2021 Lenox Township will have lane restrictions for pot hole patching Monday (7/15) to Friday (7/19) 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
M-F: State Route 2034 Gibson and Herrick Township will have lane restrictions for base repair Monday (7/15) to Friday (7/19) 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
M-Th: State Route 2041 (Glenwood Road) Lenox Township will have a sign review operation Monday (7/15) to Friday (7/19) 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
*State Route 4002 (Quaker Lake Road/Laurel Lake Road/Franklin Hill Road) between Owego Street in Silver Lake and SR 29 in Liberty will be closed for road wash out from heavy rain from July 1, 2013 to February 3, 2014. There is a detour in place.
Wayne County

*State Route 652 (Narrowsburg Bridge) will be single lane controlled by a traffic light until further notice.
*State Route 1002 Skinners Falls Bridge, Damascus Township will have a weight restriction of 4 ton.
*State Route 1004 will be single lane for the replacement of a bridge over Beaver Dam Creek with an estimated completion in November 2013
*State Route 1008 Damascus Township over Delaware River Tributary will be closed for bridge work with an estimated completion in September 2013
*State Route 3028 (Owego Turnpike) Cherry Ridge will be single lane for bridge replacement over SR 191 with an estimated completion in April 2014
*State Route 4007 (Upperwoods) will have no restrictions for work on sight distance July 1, 2013 to July 26, 2013 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
*State Route 4014 (Maple Grove Road/Winterdale Road) between Autumn Leaves Road in Buckingham Township and Roberts Road in Scott Township will be Closed Due to flooding from July 3, 2013 to July 31, 2013
Wyoming County
M-F: State Route 11 Nicholson and Clinton Townships will be single lane for shoulder cutting from Monday (7/15) to Friday (7/19), 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
M-F: State Route 1010 (Tunnel hill Road) Clinton and Lemon Townships will be single lane for Base repair and widening from Monday (7/15) to Friday (7/19), 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
W: State Route 1014 Nicholson Township will be single lane for shoulder cutting on Wednesday (7/17), 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
W: State Route 1016 (Pedrick Road) Nicholson Township will be single lane for shoulder cutting on Wednesday (7/17), 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Tues-Th: State Route 1017 Nicholson Township will be single lane for shoulder cutting on Wednesday (7/17), 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
*State Route 1025 (Station Hill Road), Nicholson Township will have railroad owned bridge over the Canadian Pacific Railroad closed to vehicular and pedestrian traffic until further notice due to the poor condition of the bridge. There is a posted detour.
M-F: State Route 3001 (Windy Valley Road) Forkston Township will be single lane for channel cleaning from Monday (7/15) to Friday (7/19), 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Tues-W: State Route 3001 (Windy Valley Road) 3.5 miles South of SR 87 will have a lane closure for Bridge beam setting Tuesday (7/16) to Wednesday (7/17) 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
*State Route 3003 Sugar Hollow Bridge will have traffic stops at various times throughout the day for utilities work and temporary access road work, 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.
M: State route 4002 (Jenningsville Road) 1.5 miles west of SR 87 will have a lane closure for deck pour Monday (7/15) 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
