The Franklin Township Regular Monthly Meeting was held on March 6, 2018 in the township building.\u00a0 Present at the meeting were Chairperson Mark Creamer, Supervisors Phil Depue and Jeanne Sullivan and the people on the attached sign-in list.\u00a0 The meeting was called to order at 7:04 PM.\u00a0 The pledge to the flag was recited.\u00a0 Jeanne read the minutes to the previous meeting.\u00a0 Mark made a motion to accept the minutes as read.\u00a0 Phil seconded the motion and the motion was passed.\u00a0 Jeanne read the treasurer\u2019s report.\u00a0 Mark made a motion to accept the report as read.\u00a0 Phil seconded the motion and the motion was passed.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

NEIC sent a Certificate of Occupancy for Thomas J. Bolles Irrevocable Trust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
PSATS sent a letter stating that there is a pricing adjustment for the Trustees Insurance and Retirement Services.\u00a0 The ending balance on the 2016 annual statement does not match the beginning balance on the 2017 annual statement. \u00a0This is due to an amendment to change the advisor (Summit Financial) from commission based to fee based.\u00a0 This results in an increase in the interest rate from 2.70 to 2.85 for the portion of our plan assets in the Fixed Fund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Susquehanna County Tax Claim Bureau sent notification that Richard Niederberger made his returns in full for Franklin Township for 2017 tax duplicates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Susquehanna County Board of Assessment Revision sent the Certified Assessment Values for 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Susquehanna County Commissioners sent notice that the total valuation for Real Estate is $16,800,739.\u00a0 County Tax is Real Estate General is $176,407.76 and County Library is $5,544.61.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The county sent a bill for the township\u2019s 2018 duplicates.\u00a0 It is $259.97.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
PSATS sent a letter inviting us to again enroll in the CDL Program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
