The Franklin\nTownship Regular Monthly Meeting was held on February 7, 20209 in the township\nbuilding. Present at the meeting were Chairperson\nLee Burch and Supervisors Phil DePue and Mark Creamer and the people on the\nattached sign-in list. Lee called the meeting to order at 7:00PM. The pledge to the flag was recited. Mark read the minutes from the last\nmeeting. Lee made a motion to accept the\nminutes as read. Mark seconded the motion. \nThe motion was passed. Mark read\nthe treasurer\u2019s report. Lee made a\nmotion to accept the report as read. \nMark seconded the motion. The\nreport was passed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PA Municipalities Pension Trust sent\nnotification that as of 12\/31\/19 the township\u2019s account is $136,251.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
SWN sent notification for a Permit to\nDrill at Conklin North in New Milford Township.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
PSATS sent notification of a Road and\nBridge Safety Improvement Program to be held on March 6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The 26th<\/sup> Annual Northeast\nRegional Contractors and Engineers Workshop will be at Keystone College on\nMarch 11.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Susquehanna County Conservation\nDistrict Annual Heavy Equipment Contractors Workshop will be held on March 25.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A subdivision notification was\nreceived for Doug Overfield.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Rettew sent an Act 14 Notification\nfor the Knapik Pad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Roadmaster:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Roy and Phil are maintaining the\nroads and keeping the cinder shed filled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n New Business:<\/p>\n\n\n\n An advertisement will be put in the\nnewspaper for bids for 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n United Fire Company had the incorrect\ninformation on the contract for 2020. \nThe corrected contract will be sent to them with a letter of\nexplanation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Lee made a motion to adjourn the\nmeeting.
