April 2,\n2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Franklin\nTownship Regular Monthly Meeting was held on April 2, 2019 in the township\nbuilding.  Present at the meeting were Supervisors\nPhil Depue, Jeanne Sullivan and the people on the attached sign-in list.  The meeting was called to order at 7:07\nPM.  The pledge to the flag was\nrecited.  Jeanne read the minutes to the\nprevious meeting.  Phil made a motion to\naccept the minutes as read.  Jeanne\nseconded the motion.  The motion was\npassed.  Jeanne read the treasurer\u2019s\nreport.  Phil made a motion to accept the\nreport as read.  Jeanne seconded the\nmotion.  The motion was passed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Correspondence:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Phil made a\nmotion to pass Resolution 2019-5 for FEMA.  Jeanne seconded the motion.  The resolution was passed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tract Engineering\nsent notification required by the Clean Air Act that Insinger Excavating\napplied for a Dept. of Environmental Protection Air Quality General Plan\nApproval and\/or General Operating Permit to relocate and operate a portable\naggregate crushing facility at the Eddleston Quarry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nSusquehanna County Dept. of Planning and Development sent notification of a\nSubdivision and Land Development Ordinance at the Olszewski Estate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cabot sent\nnotification of a proposed Permit to Drill and Operate an Unconventional Well\non the Warriner property in Bridgewater Township.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SWN sent\nnotification of a permits to drill on Zeffer North and South and Scarlet Oaks\nSouth in New Milford Township.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New\nBusiness:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Audit is\ncomplete and has been published in the newspaper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Roadmaster Report:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Township\nhas an agreement with SWN to top Hawk, Pratt and School Roads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Phil made a motion to adjourn the\nmeeting.  Jeanne seconded the\nmotion.  The meeting was adjourned at\n7:40 PM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
