The Franklin\nTownship Regular Monthly Meeting was held on February 5, 2019 in the township\nbuilding.  Present at the meeting were\nChairperson Mark Creamer, Supervisors Phil Depue and Jeanne Sullivan and the\npeople on the attached sign-in list.  The\nmeeting was called to order at 7:08 PM. \nThe pledge to the flag was recited. \nJeanne read the minutes to the previous meeting.  Mark made a motion to accept the minutes\nadding resolution #2019-3. Phil seconded the motion.  The motion was passed.  Jeanne read the treasurer report.  Mark made a motion to accept the report as\nread.  Phil seconded the motion.  The motion passed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Correspondence:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mark read\nresignation letters from both Carolyn Pratt and Catherine Parks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SWN sent a\nNotice of Intent for Consumptive Use located at the Webster Pad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cabot Oil\nand Gas sent notice of application for an unconventional drilling permit at the\nAbbott Well in Bridgewater Township.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Summit\nFinancial Corporation notified the township that the total account value for\nthe pension fund as of 12\/31\/18 was $132,954.90.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New Business:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Resolutions\n#2019-4, #2019-5 and #2019-6 were passed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There was no\nroadmaster report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mark made a\nmotion to adjourn the meeting.  Phil\nseconded the motion.  The meeting was\nadjourned at 7:35 PM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
