The Franklin Township Organizational Meeting was held on January\n7, 2019 in the township building. \nPresent at the meeting were Chairperson Mark Creamer, Supervisors Phil\nDepue and Jeanne Sullivan and the people on the attached sign-in list.  The meeting was called to order at 7:08\nPM.  The pledge to the flag was recited. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The organizational chart was reviewed.  Mark made a motion to accept the chart as\nread.  Phil seconded the motion.  The motion was passed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The organizational meeting was adjourned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Franklin Township Regular Monthly Meeting was held\ndirectly after the conclusion of the Organizational Meeting.  Jeanne read the minutes to the previous\nmeeting.  Mark made a motion to accept\nthe minutes as read.  Phil seconded the\nmotion.  The motion was passed.  Jeanne read the treasurer report.  Mark made a motion to accept the report as\nread.  Phil seconded the motion.  The motion passed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Correspondence:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The PSATS Trustees Insurance and Retirement Services sent\nthe ACT 44 Disclosure Form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NEIC sent a letter stating the new inspection rates for\n2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

COSTARS sent a letter explaining their program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PAG&E sent a letter stating the township\u2019s new rate as\nof 1\/26\/2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PSATS sent information about the benefits of membership with\ntheir organization.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Susquehanna County Dept. of Planning and Development\nsent notification with the Montrose Hillbillies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SWN mailed a letter of intent:  Permit to Drill on Webster 6H.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jeff Sammon notified the Supervisors the he will be\nresigning from his position as Deputy Tax Collector and Auditor after the\nAuditors Meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New Business:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PSATS sent information on the upcoming conference.  Phil stated that he is interested in\nattending.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Resolutions # 2019-1, # 2019-2 and #2019-3 were passed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mark made a motion to adjourn the meeting.  Phil seconded the motion.  The meeting was adjourned at 8:30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
